Our Services & Approach
At K.L. Counselling and Psychotherapy Services, we provide individualized, evidence-based therapy that is tailored to each person’s unique goals and circumstances. We recognize that no two people’s experiences are the same, and we meet you where you are with understanding and care.
We support clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, ADHD, stress management, life transitions, and challenges with emotional regulation. Our approach is person-centred and collaborative, which means you are always at the heart of the process. We draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and narrative therapy, to create a plan that is personalized and effective.
